Colombia Pavilion, the Home of Delegations at COP16
"The Colombia Pavilion is Colombia's home in the Blue Zone of COP16, where we will host bilateral meetings. It features a maloca-shaped space for political discussions on the state of biodiversity. It will hold more than 10 events per day, and we will also showcase not only the country's craftsmanship but its culture to all international delegations. It will truly be the home for all delegations," emphasized the Minister of Environment and incoming President of COP16, Susana Muhamad.
The Colombia Pavilion will offer approximately 10 events per day, totaling nearly 120 throughout COP16. Each day will feature one-hour sessions where experts and participants can exchange ideas, reflect on current challenges, and propose strategies that contribute to the fulfillment of the Kunming-Montreal Global Framework.
Colombia is committed to leading these discussions, strengthening its role as a leader in the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity. The Pavilion is expected to become a key meeting point for knowledge generation and strategic alliances.
